Why No Account Required?

CrowdSpark is a one-time transaction. You pay to claim a ranking position, and that's it. There's no ongoing service, no dashboard to log into, no settings to manage. Because there's nothing to manage after payment, there's no need for an account.

How Does Payment Work?

Payment is handled entirely through Stripe Checkout:

  1. Visit crowdspark.me
  2. Fill out the form: display name (required), optional URL, optional note, and payment amount
  3. Click the payment button
  4. You're redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page
  5. Enter your payment details (Stripe supports cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more)
  6. Complete the payment
  7. You're redirected back to CrowdSpark
  8. Your entry appears on the board as #1

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Stripe Checkout supports multiple payment methods depending on your region:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Other regional payment methods

Is This a Subscription?

No. It's a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges, no monthly fees, and no automatic renewals. You pay once to claim your rank, and that's the only charge.

Do I Need to Provide an Email?

Stripe collects your email for payment receipt purposes. CrowdSpark does not require or store your email. Your entry on the board includes only the information you provide in the form: display name, optional URL, and optional note.

How Much Does It Cost?

The minimum to claim #1 depends on the current board state:

  • Empty board: $1.00
  • After that: Current #1's amount + $1.00 (minimum)

You can pay more than the minimum if you want. For example, if #1 paid $5, the minimum is $6, but you can choose to pay $10 or any amount above $6.

What If I Make a Mistake?

Entries are permanent and cannot be edited after payment confirmation. Make sure your display name, URL, and note are correct before you complete the payment. There are no refunds, as the ranking position is delivered immediately.
