A CrowdSpark shoutout is one row on the public ranking board containing:

  • Your display name (1-64 characters, required)
  • Optional clickable URL
  • Optional note (up to 140 characters)
  • Payment amount (publicly visible)
  • Timestamp

How Is This Different from Directories?

Launch directories like BetaList, Uneed, and similar platforms typically offer:

What Does $1 Get You?

$1 is only the minimum when the board is empty. After the first entry, the minimum is current #1's amount + $1. So if #1 paid $8, the minimum is $9.

Is This Permanent?

Yes. All entries are permanent. Your shoutout stays on the board forever, even as new entries take #1 and you drop down the list.

Do You Get Traffic?
