By using CrowdSpark (crowdspark.me), you agree to these terms.

Service

CrowdSpark is a public ranking board. When the board is empty, the first rank costs $1. After that, taking the #1 position requires paying at least $1 more than the current leader. You may pay more if you choose.

Each rank entry includes a display name (required), optional URL, and optional note (up to 140 characters). All entries are permanent and publicly visible.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. All payments are final. You are purchasing a ranking position, not traffic or clicks. We do not guarantee any visitors, impressions, or business outcomes.

Content

You are responsible for the content you submit (name, URL, note). We reserve the right to remove entries that contain illegal content, hate speech, or spam.

No Warranty

CrowdSpark is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, traffic, or any specific outcome from purchasing a rank.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
