A "shoutout" on CrowdSpark is simply your entry on the public ranking board. It includes:
That's it. Your shoutout appears on the public board and stays there permanently.
The "$1" refers to the minimum payment when the board is empty—the first person can take #1 for $1. After that, the minimum increases.
Empty board: $1.00 minimum for #1
Board has entries: (Current #1 amount) + $1.00 minimum
If the current #1 paid $5, you must pay at least $6 to take #1. If they paid $50, you must pay at least $51. Check the live board to see the current minimum.
These limits are enforced at payment. Make sure your text fits before submitting.
Once your shoutout is live, it stays on the board forever. You cannot edit or delete it. Your rank may change (you might drop from #1 to #2, #3, etc. as new payments come in), but the entry itself is permanent.
Payment is handled entirely via Stripe. No account creation, no login, no recurring charges. Fill the form, pay once, done.
